当前,全球性的经济衰退导致民航业市场需求显著减缓,使得民航业遭遇空前困境。业界已经意识到,整个民航业是一个利益攸关的整体,需要共同面对危机、迎接挑战。在5月14日召开的“2009中国民航发展论坛”上,来自政府、国际民航组织、航空运输企业、大学等30余位领导和专家,围绕“挑战与对策”的主题,进行了全方位的探讨,其中,民航局出台的政策性措施、航空公司的结构性调整引人关注。而针对民航业未来发展的体系建设、安全、绿色等话题也不乏亮点。
