随着社会的发展,私营企业的重要性越来越凸显,其地位不断提升,为国民经济的发展做出了重大的贡献。随之而来的是私营企业的劳资关系问题也日益引起广泛重视。本文在分析当前中国私营企业劳资冲突主要表现的基础上,从立法、执法和司法的角度探讨私营企业劳动冲突形成的原因。
With the development of the society, the importance of the private-owned enterprises has become more and more prominent. Its status has been constantly improved, making a significant contribution to the development of the national economy. What followed was the issue of the labor-capital relations of the private-sector enterprises, which also attracted more and more attention. Based on the analysis of the main manifestations of the current labor-management conflicts in private-owned enterprises in China, this paper discusses the reasons for the formation of labor conflicts in private-owned enterprises from the perspective of legislation, law enforcement and judicature.
