教师是太阳底下最光辉的职业,但是教师的幸福感并不完全由职业本身的特性所决定,更是会受到客观条件的影响。在很多的农村地区,教师的职业幸福感非常低,很多老师因为教学环境差,生活条件差,福利待遇低,对自身的职业心存不满。笔者通过对当前农村教师职业幸福感现状及其原因进行调查,在此基础上对如何提高农村教师的职业幸福感谈一谈自己的见解。
Teachers are the most glorious professions in the sun, but the teacher’s sense of happiness is not entirely determined by the characteristics of the profession itself, but also influenced by objective conditions. In many rural areas, teachers’ professional well-being is very low. Many teachers are dissatisfied with their careers because of poor teaching environment, poor living conditions and low benefits. By investigating the current situation and causes of occupational well-being of rural teachers, the author talks about how to improve the professional happiness of rural teachers on the basis of their own opinions.
