众所周知,变频器是一种借助变频技术和微电子技术相互结合、相互作用后,以调节和控制发电机工作电源为方式实现对电动机电力控制的施工辅助设备。我国是煤炭生产和消费大国,我国煤炭生产过程中的产品提升运输方式主要有:立井箕斗、斜井箕斗、斜井串车提升和皮带运输。皮带运输机的高效性、可靠性、安全性的特性是煤炭生产运输方式的首要选择,也是目前我国煤炭生产运输采用的主要设备。随着煤矿设备大型化和自动化水平不断提高,电费所占比例也不断增加。安全运输、节能降耗、降本提效,是煤炭生产的永恒主题。利用变频器拖动能节约能量这一特性,广泛推广应用,具有重要意义。作者结合自身的工作经验,在本文中对变频器在煤矿皮带机拖动技术应用现状,与其它拖动装置进行对比分析,并主要对变频器节能进行了探讨,以供同行交流。
As we all know, the inverter is a combination of frequency conversion technology and microelectronics technology, interaction, to regulate and control the power generator as the way to achieve the motor power control construction auxiliary equipment. China is a big country for coal production and consumption. In our country, the products in the process of coal production are mainly transported by hoists, inclined shafts, inclined shafts and belt conveyors. Belt conveyor efficiency, reliability, safety features of the coal production and transportation of the first choice, but also China’s current coal production and transportation using the main equipment. With the increasing size and automation of coal mine equipment, the proportion of electricity bills has also been on the rise. Safe transport, energy saving, cost reduction and efficiency, is the eternal theme of coal production. The use of drive drag energy saving this feature, widely used, of great significance. The author combined his own work experience, in this paper, the status quo of the drive in the coal mine belt drive technology, and other drag device for comparative analysis, and mainly on the inverter energy saving were discussed for peer exchanges.
