岛津XHD150B-30型是日本生产的能自动进片、摄影、收片较为先进的800mAX光机。一旦机器吸片气泵出了故障,进片、摄影、收片整个过程就无法完成,机器也就无法工作。常见故障是机器不能送片(新机器使用5、6年后均会出现这样的问题),原因是吸片气泵不能产生足够的负压将胶片吸启,负压检测开关S_(38)不能闭合,继电器R_(68B)~A不能工作,步进继电器MR—A不能工作,故机器不能送片,无法工作(具体电路图参阅随机说明书,编号501—07715 1/2L)。吸片气泵不能产生足够负压的原因,一般是泵内硅胶膜破损或者老化所致,必须更换新的胶膜。这样的原装硅胶膜只有厂家或者维修站才有,有时维修站也设有,故只能自己想办法解决。作者曾做过试验,打开气泵的4个固定螺钉和气泵压盖中心的1个螺钉,取出破损的原装硅胶膜,用摩托车内胎胶皮代替,结果胶片虽能吸启,但负压不足,仍不能将负压检测开关S_(38)闭合,送片操作还是不能完成。改用延伸性能较好的血压计袖袋胶皮代替,再适当调整气泵压盖中心螺钉的松紧度,结果气泵产生的负压,能将胶片可靠吸启,S_(38)可靠闭合,整个操作正常,故障排除。使用半年其效果和原来一样,
