目的 探讨一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)在杏仁内侧核传入投射神经元中的分布。 方法 霍乱毒素B亚单位 (CTb)逆行追踪和还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶 (NADPH d)组织化学双重染色相结合的方法。 结果双标神经元 (NADPH CTb)主要分布在中缝背核、蓝斑、臂旁核、导水管周围灰质腹外侧部以及杏仁复合体基底外侧核等神经核团。 结论 大鼠杏仁内侧核内的NADPH d阳性终末主要起源于上述核团 ,并且提示它们参与杏仁内侧核的功能调节。
Objective To investigate the distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the afferent neurons of the medial amygdaloid nucleus. Methods The retrograde tracing of cholera toxin B subunit (CTb) was combined with histochemical double staining of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide dehydrogenase (NADPH d). Results NADPH CTb mainly distributed in the dorsal raphe nucleus, locus coeruleus, parabrachial nucleus, the lateral part of the ventral part of the aqueduct and the basolateral nucleus of almond complex. Conclusion NADPH d-positive terminals in the medial amygdaloid nucleus of rats mainly originate from the above nuclei and suggest that they are involved in the functional regulation of the medial amygdaloid nucleus.
