喉癌手术治疗其手术切缘与预后相关,切缘阳性者术后复发率较高。本文就切缘的定性标准、切缘阳性的相关因素、如何减少阳性切缘的发生及阳性切缘的进一步处理等进行综述。
Surgical margins and prognosis of laryngeal cancer surgery are associated with higher recurrence rate after positive margins. This review summarizes the qualitative criteria of the margins, related factors of positive margins, how to reduce the incidence of positive margins and the further treatment of positive margins.
