青岛市市内四区是以商业金融、旅游服务、都市工业、科技文化、生活居住为主的现代化城市综合功能区。规划近期采用内涵式和外延式相结合的发展模式,城市整体发展思路为:优化产业结构,改善人居环境,缩小南北、东西差距。市内四区近期建设重点区域为城市北部,东部地带,具体包括李沧区东部新区、十梅庵片区、四方东部新区、市北浮山后片区等。
Qingdao City, four districts in the city of commercial finance, tourism services, urban industry, science and technology culture, living in a modern city-based integrated function area. Planning recently adopted the combination of connotation and extension of the development model, the overall development of the city ideas: optimize the industrial structure, improve the living environment, narrow North-South, East-West gap. The key areas for the recent construction of the four districts in the city are the northern and eastern parts of the city, including the East New Zone of Licang District, the Shimeianan Area, the New Quarters of the Quartet, and the Beifu Mountain Post Area of the city.
