学校德育是通过实施有目的、有组织、有系统、有计划的教育影响,以促进学生的品德科学,有效地内生外化的过程。本文立足区域学校的德育工作现状,基于小学德育主题系列活动的视角,从活动目标的确立、活动序列的策划、活动实施的程序、活动评价的方法等四方面阐述小学德育以主题系列活动为载体的重要性。创设富有教育意义的德育情境,让学生在情境中体验、思索、领悟,促进有效的德育内化,从而提升德育工作的成效。
