1月16日赣州市分行与赣州钴钨有限责任公司钴产品项目签订了封闭贷款协议。这是继99年2月1日、2000年1月15日后,银企双方签订的第三轮封闭贷款协议。前两轮封闭贷款累计实现销售收入16275万元,利润1236万元,该企业2000年比1999年减亏7000万元。这不仅解决了企业正常生产的资金需要,为国家创造了可观的税收,为企业最终摆脱困境、走出低谷奠定了基础,而且先后安排了一千多人上岗就业。赣州分行在收回全部封闭代款本息后,根据封闭贷款协议的约定,还收回老贷款本息950万
