抗日战争时期,私营商业在陕甘宁边区经历了地域性的独特发展过程,在地区分布、发展比重、商品种类和业务性质变化上反衬出边区政府追求发展经济、建设新民主主义社会的理念。在私营商业的管理上,边区政府实现了从放任自流——管理困境——到统一领导的发展转型,使其成为边区经济发展不可或缺的组成部分,彰显出私营商业战争年代的历史命运。
During the period of Anti-Japanese War, private business experienced a unique regional development process in Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia Border Areas. Contrasted with the change of regional distribution, proportion of development, types of commodities and nature of business, the concept of pursuing economic development and building a new democratic society was emphasized. In the management of private businesses, the border government has achieved its transformation from laziness to management of the dilemma - to a unified leadership, transforming it into an indispensable part of the economic development in the border areas and highlighting the historic fate of the era of private commercial warfare.
