高血压脑出血是临床急症,死亡率、致残率高,预后差。在其幸存者中,再出血是威胁患者生命的主要危险因素。我院1995~2000年共收治脑出血患者698例,其中属再出血者36例,院内死亡17例(47.2%)。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料高血压脑出血再出血者36例,男27例,女9例,年龄55~74岁,平均64.8岁。起病3小时~5天入院,平均14小时,发病3天后就诊者6例。1.2 临床表现神志清楚8例,嗜睡6例,浅昏迷17例,深
Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is a clinical emergency, mortality, high morbidity, poor prognosis. Among survivors, rebleeding is a major risk factor for the life of a patient.
