By combining a multi-year adjusted “long series calendar method” that facilitates “exhaustive” generation of non-inferior solutions to a multi-objective decision “approximate ideal point ordering method” that better avoids the influence of policy-makers’ preferences, The example shows that the corresponding theoretical power generation efficiency of the optimal scheduling scheme is significant, and the irrigation and urban water demand requirements can be basically met.
