我国旅游经济的发展,日益激烈的竞争中,旅游企业文化起到了关键性的作用。本文就旅游企业文化建设分析了旅游企业文化的基本内涵以及旅游企业文化的本质特性,根据我国当前旅游企业文化建设现状提出了一些建议和看法。
In the development of China’s tourism economy and increasingly fierce competition, the tourism corporate culture has played a key role. This paper analyzes the basic connotation of tourism enterprise culture and the essential characteristics of tourism enterprise culture on the basis of the cultural construction of tourism enterprise, and puts forward some suggestions and views according to the current situation of tourism enterprise culture in our country.
