TS-41SN自动变速器内部主要设计有如下电气部件:用于控制换挡的电磁阀有换挡电磁阀S1、压力控制电磁阀(SLC1、SLC2、SLB1)和变矩器锁止电磁阀SLU;用于采集运行状况的传感器有输入轴速度传感器(ISS)、输出轴速度传感器(0SS)、油液温度传感器;用于采集挡位位置信号的开关有挡位开关;用于辅助发动机启停系统的电磁式机油泵(EMOP)。换挡电磁阀S1为开关类型电磁阀(如图16所示)。
