世界专利WO2006 127812中公布了美国Howmet公司研发的可用于制造飞行器和车辆用铸件的新型铸造Al合金。该合金中所含的主要合金元素含量范围是(质量分数):Zn 4%~9%、Mg 1%~4%、Cu 1%~2.5%、Si<0.1%、Fe<0.12%、Mn<0.5%、B 0.01%~0.05%、Ti<0.15%、Zr 0.05%~0.2%、Sc 0.1%~0.5%,其余是Al。含有Zn 7.48%、Mg 2.53%、Cu 1.64%、Si 0.026%、Fe 0.11%、Mn 0.056%、B 0.02%、Ti 0.06%、Zr 0.12%、Sc 0.33%、Cr 0.04%的典型合金壳型模铸件经过250℉(12 h)和310℉(3 h)时效热处理后,其拉伸强度为567.7 MPa、屈服强度为538.4 MPa、延伸率为2%。
The world patent WO2006127812 discloses a novel cast Al alloy that has been developed by the Howmet Company of the United States for the manufacture of castings for aircraft and vehicles.
