合成并表征了异双核配合物 Cu Zn TS·CH3OH[TS为二 (3 -羧基水杨醛 )缩 -1 ,3 -丙二胺 ]。晶体结构分析表明此配合物属三斜晶系 ,空间群为 P1 ,晶格参数为 a=0 .9440 3 (1 9) nm,b=1 .1 5 91 (2 ) nm,c=0 .91 3 2 2 (1 8) nm ,α=91 .0 9(3 )°,β=97.0 6(3 )°,γ=75 .0 6(3 )°,Z=2。最终一致性因子 R1 =0 .0 499,w R2 =0 .1 3 1 8。异双核 Cu Zn TS· CH3OH配合物中的 2个金属原子通过酚氧原子桥联在一起 ;铜原子与 2个氮原子、2个酚氧原子和 1个甲醇分子配位形成变形的四方锥结构 ;锌原子与 2个酚氧和 2个端基羧氧配位 ,并与相邻分子中的 1个端基羧氧原子存在弱的配位相互作用 ,锌原子也处于变形四方锥几何构型之中。结合晶体结构对配合物做了电化学性质研究。
The heterobinuclear complex Cu Zn TS · CH3OH [TS is bis (3 - carboxy salicylaldehyde) - 1, 3 - propanediamine] was synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure analysis shows that the complex belongs to the triclinic system with the space group P1 and the lattice parameter a = 0.9440 3 (1 9) nm, b = 1.125 1 (2) nm, c = 0. 91 3 2 2 (18) nm, α = 91.09 (3) °, β = 97.0 6 (3) °, γ = 75.06 (3) °, Z = 2. The final concordance factor R1 = 0 .0 499, w R2 = 0 .1 3 1 8. Two metal atoms in the heterobinuclear Cu Zn TS · CH 3 OH complex are bridged together through a phenolic oxygen atom. The copper atom is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms, two phenolic oxygen atoms and one methanol molecule to form a deformed tetragonal cone structure ; Zinc atom with two phenolic oxygen and two terminal carboxyl oxygen and the adjacent molecules with one terminal carboxyl oxygen atoms exist weak coordination interaction, the zinc atom is also in the deformed tetragonal cone geometry Among them. Combined with the crystal structure of the complexes made of electrochemical properties.
