什么是中国好企业?企业的根在哪里?企业的魂在哪里?企业的核心业务在哪里?谈到了万向鲁冠球,也谈到了李嘉诚。那我们有必要来正本清源,谈谈什么算是中国好企业。就先从阿里巴巴开始说吧,据截至2015年3月31日的阿里巴巴上市公司年报披露,阿里巴巴的注册地为英国的开曼群岛,其首要办公地点(Address of principal executive offices)在香港,大股东又是日本的软银(31.8%)和美国的雅虎(15.3%),马云及阿里巴巴管理层集体持股加在一起才13.1%。
