通过腹腔注射士的宁将Wistar大鼠制成癫痫模型。手术暴露左侧迷走神经,用波宽3ms、频率100Hz、电压10V的组合参数进行电刺激时,全部实验动物的强直性发作立即得到控制、痫样放电立即消失、脑电图恢复正常。在实验研究的基础上,用病人可以耐受的较高电压在颈部在侧迷走神经体表投影区进行经皮电刺激治疗复杂部分性癫痫持续状态。同样可使发作得到控制、癫痫样放电消失、脑电图迅速恢复正常。提示经皮间接刺激迷走神经控制癫痫的可能性。
Wistar rats were made epilepsy model by intraperitoneal injection of strychnine. Surgical exposure of the left vagus nerve, using a combination of wave width 3ms, frequency 100Hz, voltage 10V electrical stimulation parameters, all animals were immediately controlled tonic attack, epileptiform discharge immediately disappeared, EEG returned to normal. On the basis of experimental studies, the treatment of complex partial status epilepticus by percutaneous electrical stimulation at the neck in the projection area of lateral vagal nerve surface with the higher voltage the patient can tolerate. The same can make the attack be controlled, epileptiform discharge disappears, EEG returned to normal quickly. Prompted indirect percutaneous stimulation of the vagus nerve control the possibility of epilepsy.
