作为陕西经济重要部分的军工业,推行清洁生产是其发展循环经济的必然选择。本文以陕西军工企业为研究对象,分析了其推行清洁生产的必要性,提出了军工业推行清洁生产的模式和实施步骤,并指出陕西军工业推行清洁生产中的障碍及采取的相关对策。
As an important part of the economy of Shaanxi's military industry, the implementation of cleaner production is its inevitable choice for the development of recycling economy. This paper takes Shaanxi military and industrial enterprises as the research object, analyzes the necessity of its implementation of cleaner production, puts forward the mode and implementation steps for the military industry to promote cleaner production, and points out the obstacles and the corresponding countermeasures in the implementation of cleaner production in Shaanxi military industry.
