费新我(1903-1992),名斯恩,原字省吾,字立千,号立斋,别号左翁,浙江湖州人,迁居苏州。早年习画,曾编绘美术教育读物;20世纪50年代,主要从事国画创作,而突遭右腕病残,遂以左手攻书法。生前系中国美术家协会会员、中国书法家协会理事、江苏省书法家协会副主席、江苏省国画院一级美术师、西泠印社社员、湖州书画院名誉院长。出版有《费新我书法选》《费新我书法集》《费新我书画》《怎样学书法》等。
Feixin I (1903-1992), the name Sien, the original word province I, the word Li Qian, Li Zhai, alias Zuo Weng, Zhejiang Huzhou, moved to Suzhou. Early years of painting, had compiled art education readings; 1950s, mainly engaged in Chinese painting, and sudden right hand disabled, then left hand tapping calligraphy. Before his death, he was a member of China Artists Association, director of China Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Jiangsu Calligraphers Association, first class artist of Chinese Painting Academy of Jiangsu Province, member of Xiling Seal Society, honorary president of Huzhou Calligraphy and Painting Academy. Has published “fee new my calligraphy”, “fee new my calligraphy” “fee new my painting” “how to learn calligraphy” and so on.
