本研究归纳了近年来国内外亚麻、苎麻、红麻、黄麻、大麻等几种主要麻类作物基因工程研究概况:研究主要集中在以下几个方面:(1)获得抗病、抗虫的转基因麻类作物;(2)获得逆境抗性(抗旱,抗盐,抗重金属,抗除草剂)的转基因麻类作物;(3)获得纤维品质改良、种子品质改良的转基因麻类作物。本研究还对基因工程在麻类作物中的应用前景进行了展望,并就目前存在的不足提出建议:以日益发展的生物技术为依托,培育符合市场需求、具有优良目的性状、无环境风险的转基因麻类作物。
This research summarizes the genetic engineering researches on several main hemp crops such as flax, ramie, kenaf, jute and hemp at home and abroad in recent years. The research mainly focuses on the following aspects: (1) Obtaining the transgenic Bast crops; b) genetically modified hemp crops that gain adversity resistance (drought, salinity, heavy metals, herbicides); and (3) transgenic Bt crops with improved fiber quality and improved seed quality. This research also forecasted the application prospect of genetic engineering in hemp crops and gave some suggestions on the existing shortcomings: based on the growing biotechnology, fostering market demand, excellent trait, no environmental risk Genetically modified crops.
