1病例报告患者男,57岁。因咳嗽、气短1年余入院。查体未见异常。X线胸片、CT检查示右肺中野一5cm×6cm类圆形肿块,边界较清楚。纤维支气管镜检查见右肺中叶开口处黏膜充血,分泌物多,见肿块,病理报告为腺样囊性癌(图1)。于全麻下行右肺
A case report male patient, 57 years old. Due to cough, shortness of breath more than 1 year admitted to hospital. Physical examination showed no abnormalities. X-ray, CT examination showed a 5cm × 6cm right lung in the middle class of circular tumor, the border more clearly. Fiber bronchoscopy see mucosal congestion at the opening of the middle of the right lung, secretions and more, see the mass, the pathological report of adenoid cystic carcinoma (Figure 1).
