目的 了解慢性闭角型青光眼的荧光血管造影表现和视盘血供状态。方法 用海德堡视网膜造影仪 (HRA)对慢性闭角型青光眼 (chronicangleclosureglaucoma ,CACG ) 1 7例 2 5只眼、原发性开角型青光眼 ( primaryopenangleglaucoma ,POAG) 1 8例 32只眼和正常眼压性青光眼 (nor maltensionglaucoma ,NTG) 1 4例 2 7只眼进行眼底荧光血管造影 ,分析了视盘影像特点 ,并对视盘荧光充盈缺损和渗漏以及相关因素进行了统计比较。结果 CACG视盘荧光充盈缺损发生率为 50 %( 1 1 / 2 2 ) ,POAG为 56 7% ( 1 7/ 30 ) ,NTG为 6 0 % ( 1 5/ 2 5) ,差异无显著性意义 ( χ2 =0 4 88,P =0 783)。CACG视盘渗漏发生率为 2 0 8% ( 5/ 2 3) ,POAG和NTG为 1 5 4 % ( 8/ 52 ) ,差异无显著性意义 ( χ~2 =0 . 344,P =0 . 558)。视盘荧光充盈缺损 ( + )组的MD为 ( 1 1. 52± 7 .35)dB ,( - )组为( 8 .2 7± 7 .0 3)dB ,差异有显著性意义 (Z =- 2 0 .0 7,P =0 . 0 4 5)。视盘荧光充盈缺损 ( + )组以及视盘渗漏 ( + )组的年龄均大于 ( - )组 (t =2 . 379和 2 .1 0 3,P =0 . 0 2和 0 . 0 4 )。视盘荧光充盈缺损和视盘渗漏均以男性多见 ( χ2 =4 1 1 ,P =0 . 0 4 2 ,P =0 . 0 0 0 8)。结论 CACG与POAG、NTG一样 ,视盘FFA有荧?
Objective To investigate the manifestations of fluorescein angiography and optic disc blood supply in chronic angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Twenty-five eyes of 17 patients with chronic angle-closure glaucoma (CACG), 32 eyes of primaryopenangleglaucoma (POAG), and 18 normal eyes were treated with Heidelberg retinal contrast medium (HRA) Fundus fluorescein angiography was performed in 14 cases (27 eyes) of nor maltensionglaucoma (NTG). The characteristics of optic disc were analyzed. The defect and leakage of optic disc and the related factors were compared statistically. Results The incidence of CACG optic disc filling failure was 50% (1 1/2), POAG was 56.7% (17/30) and NTG was 60% (15/25), with no significant difference χ2 = 0 4 88, P = 0 783). The incidence of optic disc leakage in CACG was 208% (5/2 3), while POAG and NTG were 154% (8/52). There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ ~ 2 = 0.344, P = 0). 558).
