随着市场经济的快速发展,服务企业经营活动日趋复杂化,企业内部控制制度在执行过程中所存在的问题逐渐显现。有效的内部控制对于提升企业的核心竞争力意义重大,但我国服务企业普遍存在内控制度执行不力的现象。因此,为了加强企业经营管理,更好落实贯彻企业规章制度,就需要有效提升内控制度的执行力。本文将结合服务企业的主要问题就如何提升内控执行力进行一些探讨。
With the rapid development of market economy, the business activities of service enterprises have become more and more complicated. The problems existing in the process of the implementation of the enterprise internal control system have gradually emerged. Effective internal control is of great significance to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, but the phenomenon of ineffective implementation of internal control system is widespread in service enterprises in our country. Therefore, in order to strengthen the operation and management of the enterprise and better implement the rules and regulations of the enterprise, it is necessary to effectively enhance the execution ability of the internal control system. This article will combine the main problems of service enterprises on how to enhance the implementation of internal control to carry out some discussions.
