铁粒幼红细胞与细胞外铁正常骨髓含有的铁以含铁血黄素的形式贮存于单核巨噬细胞系统中,称为细胞外铁或贮存铁,以供红细胞合成血红蛋白。幼红细胞胞浆中含有铁颗粒者称为铁粒幼红细胞。成熟红细胞也可含有铁颗粒称铁粒红细胞。上述的铁颗粒与酸性亚铁氰化钾起反应(普鲁士蓝反应),染成蓝色的铁颗粒。
Iron granule erythrocytes and extracellular iron Normal bone marrow contains iron in the form of hemosiderin stored in the mononuclear macrophage system, known as extracellular iron or iron storage for the red blood cells to synthesize hemoglobin. Erythrocyte cytoplasm contains iron particles are called iron granule erythroblasts. Mature red blood cells can also contain iron particles called iron granulocytes. The iron particles described above react with potassium acid ferrocyanide (Prussian blue reaction) and dye blue iron particles.
