对12个不同类型栽培稻品种的研究表明,有丝分裂指数(MI)与剂量的关系可用线性回归方程拟合。发现MI随剂量增加而减少。根尖细胞有丝分裂的抑制效应在不同类型栽培稻间是相似的,但在不同品种间有较大的差异。 Studies of 12 cultivars of different cultivars showed that the relationship between mitosis index (MI) and dose can be fitted by a linear regression equation. MI was found to decrease with increasing dose. The inhibitory effect of mitosis in root tip cells was similar in different types of cultivated rice, but there were significant differences among different cultivars.
