沙县城关水电站厂房工程等级为三等大型工程,施工范围较大,需设计一个大型蓄水池供施工及生产用水,为满足施工用水压力要求,水池位置选在左岸山体的半山腰上,水池结构尺寸较大,且基础地质条件较差,施工难度高,通过设计优化、合理组织,顺利实现了水池的修建。为其他不具备良好地质条件的工程修建大型软基蓄水池提供了可参考的经验。
