目的探讨心理护理在儿童口腔正畸中的应用效果。方法调查病例随机选自医院口腔科2014年8月至2016年8月接收的正畸治疗的儿童200例,随机均分为对照组(传统护理)与干预组(心理护理),比较两组干预效果。结果经心理护理后,干干预组患儿治疗时的配合积极度、口腔卫生良好率及按时复诊率皆明显高于对照组,放弃治疗率、3月内槽脱落率、矫治器损坏率及复发率明显比对照组低,经检验,P<0.05。结论对儿童口腔正畸治疗时加强心理干预,对保证正畸的顺利完成,避免复发具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in children’s orthodontics. Methods A total of 200 children randomly selected from the hospital stomatology department from August 2014 to August 2016 under orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into control group (traditional nursing) and intervention group (psychological care) effect. Results After psychological nursing, the interventional positive rate, good oral hygiene rate and timely referral rate of children in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group, giving up treatment rate, shedding rate in 3 months, appliance damage rate and relapse The rate was significantly lower than the control group, after testing, P <0.05. Conclusion Strengthening psychological intervention in children with orthodontic treatment is of great significance in ensuring the successful completion of orthodontics and avoiding recurrence.
