我科自1980年开展冷冻治疗至今已有十年的历史。共治疗病人二千四百六十八例,其中慢性鼻炎,过敏性鼻炎共一千五百二十八例。一般冷冻时除有微痛,冻后鼻堵,流稀涕外,无其它并发症,仅见一例在冷冻下鼻甲过程中引起喉痉挛,现报告如下:患者张××,女性,34岁,工人。因阵发性鼻痒,连续打喷嚏,流稀水样鼻涕,伴间歇性鼻堵7～8年,平素体健,无急、慢性病史及哮喘史。查体:一般情况佳,鼻粘膜苍白、水肿,以下鼻甲尤为明显,双下鼻道有少量稀薄分泌
