目的探讨大学生睡眠质量和社会支持,并分析二者在不同学制上的差异以及免费师范生睡眠质量与社会支持的相关关系。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、社会支持评定量表对大学生进行评定。结果大学生总体的睡眠质量较差,社会支持偏高,且睡眠质量和社会支持在学制上存在显著性差异,四年制普通师范生睡眠质量和社会支持呈负相关,六年制免费师范生的睡眠质量与社会支持相关不显著。结论大学生的睡眠质量与社会支持存在一定的关系。
Objective To explore the quality of sleep and social support for undergraduates and to analyze the differences between the two in terms of different academic systems and the relationship between the quality of sleep and the social support of free mentoring students. Methods The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Social Support Rating Scale were used to assess college students. Results The overall quality of college students’ sleep was poor with high social support. There was a significant difference in the quality of sleep and social support between the four academic years. The quality of sleep in the normal students was negatively correlated with social support. The six-year normal college students The quality of sleep was not significantly correlated with social support. Conclusion There is a certain relationship between college students’ sleep quality and social support.
