二十世纪以来,社会在不断的前进发展,社会对音乐人才的需求也在不断的发生变化,因此,社会对人才的需要方向,除了专业水平,还有文化素养、人文精神等具有综合能力的人才。我国的音乐教育事业不断的蓬勃发展,除了音乐学院和师范学院,很多普通高等院校,都开设了艺术学院,它的主要目的是培养适应社会需要,具有高素质的综合音乐人才。本文就通过艺术学院人才培养定位、制定教学计划、注重实践教学等方面进行分析,提出本人的一些观点,同大家一起探讨。
