在调查手机图书馆在国内高校应用现状的基础上,归纳出手机图书馆在国内高校普及率不高的原因。针对手机图书馆的开发经费与技术问题,高校图书馆可以尝试与学校实验室、学生社团组织等合作开发手机图书馆。并以西安邮电大学手机图书馆开发为例进行实证研究。实践表明,由高校实验室、社团组织的学生开发手机图书馆的方案是完全可行的。
On the basis of investigating the application status of mobile phone libraries in domestic colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the reasons why the popularity of mobile phone libraries in domestic universities is not high. For the development of mobile phone library funding and technical issues, the university library can try to cooperate with the school laboratory, student associations and other organizations to develop mobile phone library. And take the development of Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications Mobile Phone Library as an example for empirical research. Practice shows that it is perfectly feasible to develop a cellphone library solution by students from university laboratories and social organizations.
