各级党委:中南军政委员会发出关于彻底清查一九五零年度税收金库及公粮的命令。中南局认为这一命令,是完全必要的。各级党委必须用一切方法去保证这个命令的全部完成。财政工作既要正确的政策,还必须有科学的管理与健全的制度,过去对前者是重视的,对后者就比较差,今后必须兼筹并顾,清查工作是了解具体情况,改进工作,健全制度的必要措施。
