任务驱动教学法是将任务驱动的教学方式与探究性的学习方法结合起来,学生在典型任务的驱动下分组探究,自主学习、自行完成学习任务的教学法。文章以《反不正当竞争法》为例,阐述了该教学法在经济法教学中的运用,并对运用中存在的问题进行分析和探讨。
Task-driven pedagogy is a combination of task-driven pedagogy and inquiry-based learning. Students are taught in groups, autonomous learning, and self-fulfilling learning tasks driven by typical tasks. Taking “Anti-Unfair Competition Law” as an example, the article expounds the application of this pedagogy in economic law teaching and analyzes and discusses the problems in its application.
