目的探讨血液净化治疗肾功能障碍感染性休克的临床效果。方法在医院2015年7月到2016年4月期间诊治的肾功能障碍感染性休克患者中抽取76例作研究对象并随机分组,对照组(n=38)实行常规药物治疗,治疗组(n=38)则在常规综合治疗基础上加用血液净化治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果和肾功能指标水平。结果 (1)治疗组治疗后的血肌酐、尿素氮水平均低于对照组(均P<0.01);(2)治疗组治疗总有效率是94.74%,高于对照组患者的76.32%(P<0.05)。结论血液净化治疗肾功能障碍感染性休克的临床效果确切,可有效纠正其肾功能指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blood purification on septic shock with renal dysfunction. Methods Seventy-six patients with renal dysfunction and septic shock who were diagnosed and treated during the period from July 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n = 38) and control group (n = 38) 38) on the basis of conventional comprehensive treatment with blood purification treatment, the two groups were compared the therapeutic effect and renal function level. Results (2) The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.32%, P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of blood purification in treatment of septic shock with renal dysfunction is definite, which can effectively correct the renal function indexes.
