常规CT和MRI对支气管癌术前准确分期有一定的限度,呼吸动态成像由于可观察呼吸时肿瘤与胸壁的相对运动,故可提供支气管癌侵犯胸壁的更多信息。作者采用新的快速SPGR序列动态呼吸成像MR技术,检查胸壁的侵犯。25例患者中男21例,女4例,年龄50~82岁。CT显示原发肺癌邻近胸壁,应用1.5T超导MR机行呼吸动态电影MR
Conventional CT and MRI have certain limits on preoperative accurate staging of bronchial carcinoma. Respiratory dynamic imaging can provide more information on bronchial carcinoma invading the chest wall because observable relative motion of the tumor and chest wall during respiration can be observed. The authors used a new rapid SPGR sequence dynamic breath imaging MR technique to examine chest wall violations. Among 25 patients, 21 were males and 4 were females, aged 50-82 years.
