随着信息技术与教育结合的不断推进,在普通高校与高职院校前期实验基础上,远程开放教育环境下学历证书与职业资格证书开始尝试衔接。借鉴国内外双证融通教育的做法,面对学生学习质量不高、双证融通教育的范围太小、部分专业与证书衔接存在差异等问题,双证融通教育要进行考核评价改革,坚持以能力为本位来提升教学质量;要把双证教育进一步向深度广度延伸;要构建多元化可选择的融通模式。
With the continuous advancement of the combination of information technology and education, academic certificates and vocational qualification certificates under the environment of distance and open education are beginning to be attempted to converge on the basis of the previous experiments of ordinary colleges and vocational colleges. In the light of the practice of dual-card-based education at home and abroad, in the face of the problems such as the poor quality of student learning, the limited range of dual-card education, the differences in convergence between some specializations and certificates, and so on, To improve the quality of teaching as a standard; we should further expand the dual card education to a deeper extent; to build a diversified alternative mode of communication.
