胰腺癌主要指胰外分泌的恶性肿瘤,恶性程度高、发展较快、预后较差。临床主要表现为腹痛、食欲不振、消瘦和黄疸。当患者出现典型的胰腺癌临床表现及影像学胰腺有占位时多已为晚期,绝大多数已丧失手术机会,因此早期诊断胰腺癌很重要。通过对1例漏诊病例的分析,总结经验教训。
