我院遇到因支气管内异物致长期反复大咯血1例,现报告如下: 高某,男,41岁,农民,因间歇性咯血26年,加重3d于1984年9月25日入院。 26年前曾有类似咯血1次,自述量约1000ml,到某地区医院就诊,摄片诊断“两上肺结核”,用异烟肼和对氨基水杨酸钠2个月,自觉良好停药。以后偶有痰中带血。本次因反复咯血3d、量约400ml入院。病来自觉一直良好,无乏力、消瘦、低热、盗汗以及慢性咳嗽、咳痰,能参加农业劳动。既往无特殊病史,9年前有咳出气管内异物史——咳出为痰液包裹的衬衣钮扣一枚,直径0.8cm。
