为了提高数控机床能量的数据,降低数控机床在加工过程中的能源消耗,实现机械加工能耗的计算机优化,将数控机床运动及材料去除作为研究对象,提出面向低碳的数控机床能量创建。通过查阅相关的文献,将CK7815型号数控机床的功能、结构及技术参数为基础,对机床加工过程的能量流程及消耗进行分析,创建数控机床能量消耗模式模型。以阶梯轴为基础,将其作为数控机床加工零件的对象,通过UG软件对模型进行创建,并且实现后续的加工及处理,得到数控机床可执行数控程序代码。通过数控加工仿真软件将程序代码进行调入,从而实现数控机床模型的仿真,得到工艺的优化参数。综合以上研究过程,面向低碳的数控机床能量模型能够实现典型加工对象加工过程能耗的计算。
In order to improve the energy data of CNC machine tools, reduce the energy consumption of CNC machine tools in the process of processing, and optimize the computer energy consumption of machining, CNC machine tool movement and material removal are taken as research objects, and the energy creation of CNC machine tools for low carbon is proposed. Based on the related literatures, based on the function, structure and technical parameters of CK7815 CNC machine tool, the energy flow and consumption of the machining process are analyzed, and the energy consumption model of CNC machine tool is established. Based on the ladder axis, it is taken as the object of the machining parts of the CNC machine tool. The model is created by UG software and the subsequent machining and processing are realized. The numerical control program code of the CNC machine tool can be obtained. Through the NC machining simulation software to transfer the program code, so as to realize the simulation of NC machine tool model and get the optimization parameters of the process. Based on the above research process, the energy model of low-carbon CNC machine tool can calculate the energy consumption of the typical processing object.
