当前,推进信息化与工业化融合,就是要在十七大精神和科学发展观指引下,以市场为导向,以企业为主体,着重解决我国工业发展中存在的管理粗放、资源浪费严重、产业投资失误、市场信息不畅、产品科技(信息技术)含量低、市场交易成本高等问题,促进工业由大变强,并在经济社会各领域深入推进信息化。在这一过程中,以下问题应引起重视。
