1981年,我校生物医学电子工程教研室与西安电子技术研究所、陕西师范大学声学所等单位协作,试制成功了我国第一台相控阵扫描超声人体内脏器官断层显示装置——XKZ-1型相控阵超声诊断仪。1982年8月,陕西省科学技术委员会委托该室承担研制具有多功能的复合型相控阵超声诊断仪,要求在原有基础上提高断层象的图象质量,增加M型心动图,灰阶处理,心电、心音显示,R波触发等内容.经过一年多的努力,完成了四台样机。1984年2月~4月分别在北京解放军总医院,上海市第六人民医院进行临床试用。在解放军总医院对80例病人进行了检查,最小年令4岁,最大72岁,包括心脏40例,
In 1981, the Department of Biomedical Electronic Engineering of our school collaborated with Xi’an Institute of Electronic Technology and the Institute of Acoustics of Shaanxi Normal University to successfully manufacture the first phased-array ultrasonic diagnostic system for human internal organs in China - XKZ-1 Phased array ultrasound diagnostic apparatus. August 1982, Shaanxi Provincial Commission of Science and Technology commissioned the room to undertake the development of a multi-functional composite phased array ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, called for the original image quality to improve the fault image, increase the M-type cardiogram, grayscale , ECG, heart sound display, R wave trigger, etc. After more than a year of hard work, four prototypes were completed.
