远红外干爆木材近几年在我国已正作为一项新的技术在进行推广。但是对远红外干,燥木材的实际效果,以及干燥机理仍在进一步探讨,而且存在着意见分岐。这种情况对这项技术的发展和应用必将带来一定的影响。因此加速木材远红外干燥机理的研究,在理论上和实验上作进一步的认真分析、试验,显得十分重要。本文从上述目的出发,着重对木材远红外吸收机理和传热情况等,根据实验的结果作一些理论上的分析和探讨。
Far-infrared dry-wood in recent years in our country is being promoted as a new technology. However, the actual effect of dry and dry far-infrared wood, as well as the drying mechanism are still further explored, and there are opinions diverging. This situation will certainly have an impact on the development and application of this technology. Therefore, it is very important to accelerate the research on the mechanism of far-infrared drying of wood by further careful analysis and experiment in theory and experiment. In this paper, starting from the above objectives, focusing on the far-infrared absorption mechanism of wood and heat transfer, according to the experimental results to make some theoretical analysis and discussion.
