本文对29例右中叶炎性肺不张的患者随机分为两组治疗,结果发现经纤维支气管镜(以下简称纤支镜)支气管灌洗并局部给药治疗右中叶炎性肺不张患者的疗效明显优于单纯全身抗感染治疗,且无副作用,值得临床推广应用,同时提出了灌洗中应注意的事项。
In this paper, 29 patients with right middle lobe atelectasis were randomly divided into two groups and found that bronchial lavage with bronchofibroscopy (hereinafter referred to as bronchofibroscopy) and topical administration in the treatment of right atrium inflammatory atelectasis The curative effect is obviously superior to the systemic anti-infective treatment, and has no side effects, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
