编辑的话:顺风,本刊记者。潜龙,乃某省统计四大工程建设之参与者。若干年前的初春二月,顺风因编辑事宜致电潜龙,之后保持以文会友式之联系。初始联系方式,以电子邮件及电话为主,而今QQ成为时尚。QQ聊天,时而随意,时而正式,思想火花、思维灵感,往往在不经意间擦出、迸发。某日间,QQ上相遇,本打算问候寒暄,一不留神,却聊起了“四大工程”、“联网直报”的话题,再一看,蛮不错的,随性、直接,不比一篇刻意写就的文章差,故呈于读者,如果有兴趣,大家来看,也可以来聊,为的是:关心这项工作、探讨这项工作,进而,做好这项工作。
