以速度矩及叶片厚度分布为已知条件,基于两类流面理论,建立了流面反问题计算的混流式转轮准三维设计模型。该模型可计入叶片流道内周向参数分布不均匀对叶片设计的影响。研究了叶片边界条件对叶片性能、叶片形状及设计计算的收敛性的影响,为转轮设计提出了新的思想。按本文模型设计的叶片,其速度矩分布与给定值基本吻合。
Based on two types of flow surface theory, the quasi-three-dimensional design model of mixed-flow runner with flow surface inverse problem was established based on the known conditions of velocity moment and blade thickness distribution. The model can account for the influence of uneven distribution of circumferential parameters in the blade flow path on the blade design. The influence of the boundary conditions on the performance of the blade, the shape of the blade and the convergence of the design calculation are studied. A new idea is proposed for the design of the rotor. According to the model designed in this paper, the velocity moment distribution of the blade is basically consistent with the given value.
