本文利用热重和DSC法研究了丙烯酸丁酯(BA)共聚单元对氯乙烯(VC)聚合物热降解过程的影响,发现VC-BA共聚物的侧基消除起始温度比PVC降低,而峰值温度和主链裂解温度却提高,侧基上有残存的C=O基存在,不象PVC侧基消除时伴有主链裂解产物选出。BA单元的引入,虽降低了侧基的热稳定性,却提高了消除反应及其产物共轭多烯的稳定性。B A对热降解的反应热效应影响不大。
In this paper, the effects of the copolymerization of butyl acrylate (BA) on the thermal degradation of vinyl chloride (VC) polymer were studied by thermogravimetry and DSC. The results showed that the onset temperature of the side-group elimination of VC-BA copolymer was lower than that of PVC, The temperature and the cracking temperature of the main chain are increased, while the remaining C = O groups on the side groups are present, unlike the elimination of the side chain of PVC with the selection of the backbone cleavage products. The introduction of BA units, while reducing the thermal stability of the pendant groups, enhances the elimination reaction and the stability of the conjugated polyene product. B A had little effect on the thermal effect of thermal degradation.
