思想道德素质具有导向作用、约束作用、勉励作用和矫正作用。科技期刊青年编辑在工作实践中思想道德表现的主流是积极、健康、向上的,但也存在一些负性表现,主要体现在缺乏诚信意识、缺乏责任意识、缺乏自律意识、缺乏进取意识等方面。创设良好环境、加强理论学习、自觉做到“慎独”、坚守道德底线、掌握修养方法、学会处理难题、遏制不正学风、感受人文关怀等是提高青年编辑思想道德素质的有效途径。
Ideological and moral quality has the guiding role, restraining effect, encouraging function and correcting effect. In the work practice, the young editors of the science and technology periodicals tend to be positive, healthy and progressive, but there are also some negative manifestations, mainly reflected in the lack of awareness of honesty, lack of sense of responsibility, lack of awareness of self-discipline and lack of awareness of progress. It is an effective way to improve the ideological and moral quality of young editors by creating a good environment, strengthening theoretical study, consciously fulfilling the moral integrity, mastering the moral bottom line, mastering cultivation methods, learning to deal with difficult problems, curbing illogical style and feeling humane care.
