随着我市本地电话网的迅速发展,先进的通信技术和管理手段将不断采用.“八五”期间,天津本地网局间将陆续采用24bit NO.7信令传送方式,市级网管中心也已着手筹建.完成这些项目,天津本地网还有许多准备工作要做,其中最紧迫、难度最大的一项基础性的工作就是“网路调整”.作为一名工程技术人员有幸参加了天津本地网几项较大的工程,对于目前本地网的情况有一些了解,因此,想就网调工作谈一谈自己的认识和想法.
